Rescheduling Your Consultation

 

Need to move your consultation? Please follow the steps below.
 

Before you begin: Rescheduling vs. refunds

​

For consultations purchased beginning September 12, 2026, all purchases are final and nonrefundable. If you cancel with at least 2 business days’ notice, you may be eligible to reschedule your consultation once under the policy below.

​

Consultations purchased individually on or before September 11, 2026 remain subject to the refund policy in effect at the time of purchase.

​

Bundles are nonrefundable. Bundle expiration dates are strictly enforced. 

​

A cancellation does not automatically create eligibility for a refund, credit, or extension. Read full policies above.

1. Email me before your cancellation window closes.
Rescheduling requires at least 2 business days’ notice. Your request begins when I receive your first email saying you need or want to reschedule.

​

Mentioning during a consultation that you may need to reschedule does not count as a reschedule request. You must email me.

​

2. Review current availability before emailing replacement dates.

Please send:

• Standard reschedule: 2 currently available replacement dates/times, in preference order.

• Changing one 2-hour group into two 1-hour groups: 3 currently available 1-hour group dates/times, in preference order.

The math for identifying the amount you owe is simple: The amount of the new consultation group(s)-the original amount you paid. 

​

You are not considered fully booked until you've paid your balance.  Failure to pay additional balances do not extend your 7-day rescheduling window. 

If none of the appointments available within 30 days of your original consultation work for you, you may email me to ask about alternative availability. Alternative availability is not guaranteed.
 

3. Complete your part of the rescheduling process within 7 calendar days.

Your 7-day period begins with your first email requesting the reschedule, even if you do not include replacement dates in that email.

An incomplete request does not restart or delay the 7-day period. Time spent waiting for me to respond or process your request does not count against your 7 days.

​

4. Wait for confirmation before considering yourself rescheduled.

Requested appointments are not reserved until I confirm the change. Once you request a reschedule, your original appointment may be released and may no longer be available if you change your mind.

A few important things to know:

• Each scheduled consultation may be rescheduled once.

• The replacement consultation generally must occur within 2 months of the original consultation.

• Late cancellations and no-shows cannot be rescheduled.

• If your replacement costs more, you are responsible for the difference. If it costs less, the difference is not refunded or retained as a credit.

• A group consultation may be moved to another eligible group consultation, but group credits cannot be applied toward individual consultation.

• One individual consultation hour may be used for one group appointment, either a 1-hour or 2-hour group. It cannot be split between multiple groups.

• Rescheduling a consultation purchased with a bundle does not extend your bundle expiration date.
