Ali McGucken (She/hers)
Ali is a LISW who uses Gottman Method Couples Therapy in her work. Her past experience includes working with adult male sex offenders addressing issues such as pornography/sex addiction, poor self-regulation, difficulty with interpersonal relationships, and diagnoses such as depression, anxiety, and PTSD.
Ali believes that therapy should be a collaborative experience and that her job is to provide a sounding board, to gently challenge when necessary, and to empower you so that you can find peace and happiness in your life and/or relationships. Ali also believes a sense of humor is crucial to the therapeutic process, so she hopes you're prepared to laugh as you grow!
Ali is currently offering telehealth sessions only.

Nina Rosalez (She/they)
Nina is a LISW who earned their Master of Social Work degree from The Ohio State University. They are trained in CBT, DBT, Solutions-Focused Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy. They have experience working with individuals that struggle with Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, personality disorders, and relationship and family issues. They use a trauma-informed framework and have a special interest in attachment-based theories.
Nina believes that therapy is a creative, collaborative, and individualized process. She strives to create a safe space for clients to feel vulnerable while using humor and gentle challenging to keep clients accountable to their goals and values.
Nina is currently offering telehealth sessions only.

Victoria Alexander (She/hers)
Victoria is a LISW-S (Licensed Independent Social Worker- Supervisor) who specializes in working therapeutically with adults and older adults. She earned her Master of Social work degree from The Ohio State University. She tailors therapeutic approaches with each client, which include EMDR, CBT, DBT, solution-focused and EFT modalities. She enjoys staying engaged in current evidence-based research on the mind-body connection and neuroplasticity.
Victoria has been in the field for ten years, and has expertise working with clients adapting to aging, grief, self-esteem issues, ADD, major depression, social anxiety, agoraphobia, insomnia, PTSD, trauma, and chronic pain/illness.
She is an advocate for individual and community wellness, embraces the integrative perspective, and believes that we do best when we work together.
Victoria is currently offering telehealth sessions only but may be offering in-home sessions in the future.

Sam received her MSW (Master of Social Work) from Ohio State University and is a LISW-S (Licenced Independent Social Worker-Supervisor.) Sam has experience working with individuals from all walks of life with diverse mental health concerns.
She specializes in the treatment of trauma, depression, anxiety, and other mental health issues in adults and adolescents and enjoys using EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Expressive Arts Therapy, DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), strengths-based, and other holistic methods as well. Sam has a strong belief in justice and acceptance. She is educated in LGBTQIA+ issues and treatment, religious diversity, racial justice, and prides herself in cultural humility. She does not know it all, and she absolutely doesn't know exactly what your experience has been, but she strives to provide a safe and validating space to heal and grow.
Sam is currently seeing most clients over telehealth and some established clients in person.
Sam works with individuals ages 11 and up.
